All shipping rates (unless otherwise stated) exclude customs and import taxes or duties. Any applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Pocket People is not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred once the order has been delivered out. This could include but not limited to the recipient rejecting a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if a recipient is uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel.

During sale and festive seasons, there may be a delay in deliveries due to the high volume of orders.
